📦 Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days
• Deliveries are made on all working days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on unforeseen logistics issues, weather, or courier delays.

• We proudly offer 100% Free COD with no additional charge.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order with the exact amount.

At BigBazzar, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The item is unused, in original condition, and has not been tampered with.
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or if the product was used.

📦 Return Process

1. Raise a request by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share order ID, clear photos of the product, and reason for return.
3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a reverse pickup (where available).
4. Once the product reaches us and passes the quality check, we’ll process the refund or replacement.

💸 Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer, as per customer preference.

Note: Refunds are not applicable if the returned product fails the quality check or is used/damaged.

🔁 Replacements

In case of damaged/defective items, we offer a free replacement of the same product if stock is available. If not, a full refund will be provided.

• Do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team.
• Items returned without proper packaging or authorization will not be accepted.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product manually — and we’ll reimburse the shipping charges.
